Each member needs to email the vpha or tell one of the committee members that they are available for 1 days help. This is voluntary but expected. You have one month to 1. Offer yourself as available for a certain date 2. Allow the vpha to allocate a date after 1 months period from joining 3. Contact the vpha with your suggestion as to what you are available to do for the club in lieu of the one days help. Remember it is a non profit club that is trying to service you as members. It is only going to benefit you the member. This will allow the club to blossom into it’s next stage.
